KUALA LUMPUR: Lee Zii Jia will not concede a walkover in the semi-finals of the Malaysia Masters today.
There were fears earlier he might have to do so after suffering severe cramps in his gruelling quarter-final win over Denmark's Anders Antonsen yesterday.
The former All England champion is now ready to face Hong Kong's Angus Ng at the Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil, for a place in tomorrow's final.
In a social media post today, Team LZJ said: "Bruised and battered, but Zii Jia is ready for battle."
The Zii Jia-Angus showdown will be a repeat of last week's Thailand Open final won by the Malaysian world No. 10.
