KUALA LUMPUR: Women's pair Pearly Tan-M. Thinaah marched into the Korea Open final on Merdeka Day today (Aug 31).
They stunned South Korea's world No. 2 Baek Ha Na-Lee So Hee 21-18, 21-13 in the semi-finals at the Mokpo Indoor Stadium in Seoul.
The Malaysian duo will face South Korea's Jeong Na Eun-Kim Hye Jeong, who beat compatriots Lee Yu Lim-Shin Seung Chan 21-14, 21-11, in the final tomorrow (Sept 1).
