KUALA LUMPUR: Korea Masters champions, Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik march ended at the Kumamoto Masters second round in Japan, today.
The fourth seeds were swatted aside by Taiwanese duo Chiu Hsiang Chieh-Wang Chi-Lin 21-11, 21-13 in 26 minutes in the second round of the Super 500 tournament held in Kumamoto Prefectural Gymnasium.
The Taiwanese pair will next take on Malaysian and World No.40 Nur Azriyn Ayub-Tan Wee Kiong in the quarter-finals tomorrow.
Nur Azriyn-Wee Kiong had earlier stunned Malaysian No.8 Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin 21-9, 23-21 in 36 minutes.
