KUALA LUMPUR: As rain continues to pour in Bukit Jalil since 6pm today, concerns now arise about the National Stadium's pitch holding up during the Malaysia Cup final between Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) and Terengganu.
The zeon zoysia grass has faced criticism in recent days due to its poor condition. Nevertheless, the rain hasn't deterred loyal fans from filling up the stadium.
The Malaysian Football League (MFL) confirmed that nearly 80,000 tickets have been sold for the final, but a few seats allocated for JDT fans remain empty.
