The cast from the Super Four in the ongoing Asia Cup in Jakarta will complete the 16 teams for hockey's World Cup in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela in India on Jan 13–29 next year.
The two-venue World Cup will feature four Asian teams: Malaysia, South Korea, Japan and India.
The two nations also making up the world showpiece are the top ranked teams in Oceania, New Zealand and Australia.
The other 10 qualified teams are from Argentina, Belgium, Chile, England, France, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa, Spain and Wales.
In 2018, India were also the World Cup hosts where Belgium won gold, Netherlands silver and Australia bronze. Malaysia finished 15th out of 16 teams and never won a single match.
