Team Liquid ready to give solid performance in M6 World Championships

KUALA LUMPUR: Team Liquid Indonesia (Liquid ID) are prepared for every scenario at the MLBB M6 World Championships which start tomorrow.

They have been dealt a difficult hand in the first round of the Swiss stage at the IOI Grand Exhibition and Convention Centre in Putrajaya, after being drawn against Filipino champions Fnatic ONIC Philippines (FNOPH).

The blockbuster match is eagerly anticipated by fans from around the world.

Liquid ID coach Dolly "SaintDeLucaz" Van Pelo said he has worked hard to strengthen his team.

"We spend a lot of time watching the matches of our opponents and not just FNOPH. We are prepared for everyone," he said yesterday.

Liquid ID are the surprise winners of the MLBB Professional League Indonesia (MPLID) Season 14 while traditional powerhouses Fnatic ONIC Indonesia exited the playoffs early.

The M6 will be their first time on the international MLBB stage, but Dolly believes that his team's lack of experience won't hinder them.

"Even though we don't have a lot of experience on the international stage, I still believe that we have a good chance to do well here at the M6.

"This new patch in the game favours us. We are also used to playing best-of-one matches," he added.
