Johor outclassed hosts Negri Sembilan 52-33 for third placing.
KL's Dee Zhi San won the tournament's Most Potential Player award, while her teammates, Jackie Yuen won the Top Scorer, Long Ze Lin won Top Assist and Soon Yee En won Top Steal awards.
Pahang's Cha Kai Qi won Top Rebounder while Penang's Te Pei Qing won Top Block.
Selangor have captured the girls' title four times: in 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Selangor coach Woon Wai Mun said: "We trained in Klang regularly for the past three months and targeted to reach the final to defend our crown."
In the boys' final, Johor beat Selangor 65-54 while Negri Sembilan took bronze after edging Kuala Lunpur 71-62.
Forty-four boys and 44 girls from all the states were picked to form the national squads for the Under-16 Seaba championships this year.
