SEREMBAN: Police arrested six people during a raid on an illegal cybercafe here on Wednesday.
In the ‘Ops Dadu Sepadu’ raid, police arrested two Muslim male customers, one of whom is a civil servant.
Police also nabbed four foreign workers who were manning the centre at the time.
The two male customers will be charged under the Negri Sembilan Syariah Law Section 79A for gambling or being present at a gambling premise.
All gambling equipment and money were confiscated by police, and the cybercafé shut down.
The detainees were taken to the Sikamat police station for further action.
