KUALA LUMPUR: TH Properties Sdn Bhd (THP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH), has introduced i-MANS, a facilities management software to strengthen its facilities management (FM) business sector.
i-MANS, or integrated maintenance management system, is a cloud-based smart solution that will manage operation and maintenance work and improve the efficiency of the facility operation.
i-MANS also provides better coordination and tracking capabilities between the operator, clients, and vendors.
THP Group chief executive officer Azman Ibrahim said the company had spent RM5 million to build the software application.
"There are currently over 1,000 users who will benefit from i-MANS, with over a hundred coming from various technical and management backgrounds," he said at the launching today.
"With the user-friendly i-MANS, we now have a convenient tool to determine repair and maintenance needs accurately, keep dispatch records with location-based check-ins, and minimise unnecessary expenses," Azman added.
The application has received multiple upgrades since its first development and acceptance in 2018, boosting its functionality and user-friendliness.
Moving on, Azman said THP is constantly looking for ways to add value to its products, such as properties or in the quality and level of services they provide to its customers.
The facilities management division, established in 2010, is also one of the vehicles presently pushing THP's energy and green technology projects.
THP recently acquired 50 sites and 12 million sq ft of building space managed by its FM business segment nationwide.
The FM business's revenue for FY22 stood at RM149 million.
"Apart from a good order book, a strong renewal of existing contracts supports the division's operations, and the division's total contract value is presently RM1.1 billion," Azman said.
