KUALA LUMPUR: Singapore-mainboard listed fintech and digital banking solutions provider Silverlake Axis Ltd (SAL) has announced a partnership with Safeguards Corporation Sdn Bhd's unit, Safeguards CS Sdn Bhd (SCS), to deploy Cash Recycler Machines under the SCS brand to reach underserved locations in East and West Malaysia.
Under this agreement, SAL and SCS will collaborate to implement Malaysia's first Independent ATM Deployer to provide inclusive financial services to every corner of the country.
The project also involved IBM, and Wanclouds as partners.
As part of this strategic partnership, SCS is also deploying the Checker ATM Security© by gMV, provided by Silverlake MasterSam.

The new project is the first-ever public cloud implementation of the Silverlake Integrated Banking Solution (SIBS), enabling full migration to the cloud down the line"," SAL group managing director Andrew Tan said.
