PETALING JAYA: Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific Pte Ltd has introduced two solutions and service packages aimed at aiding the digital transformation efforts of Malaysian businesses, with a focus on supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The offerings consist of Fujifilm IWpro, a comprehensive cloud-based workspace, and IT Expert Services, which are managed IT services aimed at aiding customers in handling their IT support needs.
Fujifilm IWpro allows users to access and execute various data-related tasks, offering workflow streamlining, document management, and cloud-based printing functionalities.
The IT Expert Services, meanwhile, provide SMEs with access to an IT team that monitors and resolves IT system issues via a Help Desk equipped with remote monitoring and management capabilities.
Fujifilm Business Innovation Malaysia general manager John Wong said the company anticipates the total sales revenue for the services to be about RM8 million.
This takes into account subscription durations spanning both 12 and 36 months.
