KUALA LUMPUR: EDOTCO Group, a digital connectivity infrastructure services firm, has signed a partnership agreement with Avanade, a Microsoft solutions provider, to improve its 'quote-to-cash' operations using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
"This multi-year, multi-million-dollar partnership aims to boost EDOTCO's financial visibility, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction – enabling the firm to swiftly capture new customer segments and adapt to market changes and macroeconomic trends," Avanade said in a statement.
Avanade said the collaboration aims to enhance EDOTCO's financial transparency, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction, enabling the company to quickly target new customer segments and adjust to market dynamics and macroeconomic trends.
"Avanade's advisory-led consulting approach would support EDOTCO in establishing a foundation for new offerings and navigating the digital transformation journey.
"The initiative aligns with EDOTCO's goal to be Asia's leading digital connectivity provider," it said in a statement.
EDOTCO chief executive officer Mohamed Adlan Ahmad Tajudin described the partnership as a crucial advancement in aligning the group's operations across its eight primary markets.
"We stand to gain agility and financial transparency, unlocking new opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences," he added.
Meanwhile, Avanade president (growth markets) Bhavya Kapoor said that their proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 would assist EDOTCO in improving productivity and fostering expansion.
