KUALA LUMPUR: Binastra Corporation Bhd has accepted a letter of award worth RM160 million from Dynamicz Sdn Bhd for a property project in Damansara Perdana, Selangor.
The contract, awarded through Binastra's subsidiary Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, involves the demolition and main building works for a proposed development comprising four floors with 560 units, one floor of facilitiesa, and a service area.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Binastra said that the contract begins today and is expected to be completed by July 30, 2026.
Binastra said the contract is expected to provide an additional income stream for the company over the next three financial years.
Managing director Datuk Jackson Tan Kak Seng said that with this new contract, the company's total outstanding order book stands at around RM2.2 billion, ensuring a robust project pipeline and a steady revenue stream in the coming years.
