Ambank launches cross-country tour to promote insurance products

KUALA LUMPUR: AMMB Holdings Bhd (AmBank) has teamed up with Liberty General Insurance Bhd to launch the "AmSafe Malaysia Tour," an initiative designed to make general insurance solutions more accessible to the public.

The tour, which started last month will continue until Nov 6, 2024, showcasing a customised truck travelling to 50 AmBank branches across Peninsula Malaysia.

AmBank managing director of retail banking Aaron Loo said the bank aims to make insurance products more accessible, bringing its services directly to customers while creating engagement activities at its branches.

"The tour promotes our auto365 Comprehensive Premier and AmStyle Guard, which offer a more holistic and sustainable approach to wellbeing that is inclusive and relevant for Malaysians.

"This tour underscores our mission to provide Malaysians with the financial protection they need for a secure future," he added.

Liberty General chief executive officer Pasha said the initiative embodies unity and resilience in celebration of Merdeka and Malaysia Day.

"Through our flagship products, auto365 Comprehensive Premier and AmStyle Guard, we strive to deliver exceptional value to Malaysians by ensuring their safety and well-being.

"This tour stands as a testament to our ongoing effort to foster a safer Malaysia for all," said Pasha.

Customers who purchase any of the products during the event will receive exclusive sign-on

gifts and will be in the running to win a three-day and two-night trip to Rawa Island Beach View Resort worth RM4,000.
