KUALA LUMPUR: Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB), a wholly-owned unit trust management company of Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB), today announced a 4.75 sen a unit income distribution for its fixed-price fund, Amanah Saham Malaysia 3 (ASM 3), for the financial year ended Sep 30, 2024.
ASM 3 declared an income distribution of RM837.89 million benefiting 650,487 unit holders who currently own 17.64 billion units.
As of September 24, 2024, the fund recorded a net realised income of RM820.32 million from realised gains, dividends, and income from domestic and international investments.
The income distribution of 4.75 sen per unit surpasses the Maybank 12-month fixed deposit benchmark return of 2.69 per cent, exceeding it by 206 basis points for as at Sep 24, 2024.
