KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Plenitude Bhd's chief executive officer Lee Wee Kee has resigned from the company citing personal reasons.
In the announcement to the bourse yesterday, the company said there was no disagreement between him and the board of directors of the company.
It also said there are no matters that need to be brought to shareholders attention with regards to his resignation.
Lee was appointed on Feb 16, 2023, bringing with him more than 32 years of experience in property development and project management in major public listed property companies in Malaysia.
He was previously with Guocoland (Malaysia) Bhd.
Plenitude's share price last closed at RM1.34 a share giving it a market capitalisation of RM484.9 million.
For the financial year ended June 30, 2024, the company made a net profit of RM63.8 million against RM511.6 million revenue.
