MARKET PULSE PM OCT 25, 2024 [WATCH]

KUALA LUMPUR: News on the latest moves on the stock and crypto markets.

Bursa Malaysia ended in negative territory today, with investors remaining cautious and refraining from making large market entries.

However, the benchmark index is expected to be nearing oversold territory, suggesting a potential rebound in the near future.

The weekly target for the FBM KLCI is expected to be between 1,615 to 1,630 range.

The ringgit, meanwhile, strengthened against the greenback today to 4.3370.

In the crypto market, Bitcoin rose to RM293,208 driven by strong inflows into exchange-traded funds and optimism about US regulatory prospects.

Ethereum was trading higher at RM10,954 and Solana was up at RM743.

That's it for Market Pulse.
