KUALA LUMPUR: News on stock, crypto and ringgit moves.
Tech giant Tencent Holdings warrants were among the most active at the closing bell after the US Defense Department added the company to a list of companies affiliated with Beijing's military.
The warrants closed unchanged despite 57.4 million warrants changing hands.
Tencent's shares were down more than seven per cent in Hong Kong on the news.
The FBM KLCI staged a mini rebound from yesterday's sell-off but failed to breach the 1,630 mark.
It is likely to range between the 1,620 and 1,640 level this week.
Meanwhile, the ringgit strengthened against the dollar to 4.49 today.
In the cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin was up to RM457,375.
That's it for Market Pulse.
