KUALA LUMPUR: “I only have happiness in my heart,” said actress-singer Erra Fazira on her former husband Engku Emran Engku Zainal Abidin’s upcoming nuptials.
Emran, an entrepreneur, is set to wed popular Indonesian actress Laudya Cynthia Bella, 29, this month.
The Sembilu star told Harian Metro yesterday that Emran had introduced Bella to her as his wife-to-be.
“From the moment we met, I could see that Bella is someone who is easily approachable and gentle in character.
“I hope that this union will be filled with love; and blessing (from God). I pray that their happiness and marriage will remain till Jannah,” said the 42-year-old ex-screen legend.
For Erra, what is more important is the happiness of their 8-year-old daughter Engku Aleesya. “And Aleesya is happy to have Bella in her life,” she added.
Erra and Emran divorced on Feb 18, 2014 after seven years of marriage.
