KUALA LUMPUR: Popular TV host and actress Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor and singer Khai Bahar bagged the Anugerah Top Top MeleTOP for female and male categories at the Anugerah MeleTOP ERA 2018 last night.
Neelofa, who retained the title she won last year, also won Pelakon MeleTOP and Fesyen MeleTOP awards.
“Alhamdulillah, I owe this to my fans who who have always given me their 100 per cent support," said the 29-year-old artiste.
Meanwhile, Khai who rose to fame from the singing app Smule, also took home the awards for Penyanyi MeleTOP and Lagu MeleTOP (for his song Bayang).
“I too owe this win to my fans. I dedicate these awards to them," said 24-year-old who won Artis Baharu MeleTOP last year.
Other winners included Farah Nabila (Artis Baharu MeleTOP), Nabil Ahmad (Hos MeleTOP), Zizan Razak (Artis Lawak MeleTOP), Nur Fazura Sharifuddin (Bintang Filem MeleTOP) and Arif Jiwa Asyraf (Si Cilik MeleTOP).
The winners of each category received RM5,000 while the two top prize winners received RM10,000.
Former veteran newscaster Datuk Harjit Singh Hullon was was awarded Anugerah Khas at the awards show which was aired live from Axiata Area in Bukit Jalil here at 9pm on Astro Ria, Astro Ria HD, Astro Prima and Maya HD.
The star-studded event was co-hosted by Neelofa, Nabil, Sabri Yunus, Sherry Alhadad, Jihan Muse and Zul Ariffin.
