KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Fasha Sandha has finally made peace with Nora Danish, with a formal apology.
The 34-year-old star announced this on an Instagram post at 5.30pm today that she had said sorry to fellow actress Nora in the best interest of their children.
Fasha said that all her problems with Nora “were over on May 22” at the Shah Alam High Court’s Mediation Office, and she formally apologised to Nora.
“This is for our children. All our issues are over and I will not comment further on them, because I want our children to grow up harmoniously,” she said.
“My children are my world and every decision I make is for their well-being. I want to thank my fans, media friends, manager, lawyers and loved ones for standing by me all these years.”
She had earlier said that she was going to bury the hatchet with Nora, since Nora’s eldest son Putera Rayqal Ramli Rizal Ashram is the brother of her two children.
Last Friday, Nora, 37, said she would soon issue an official statement about ending her long-standing conflict with Fasha.
Last year, she filed a defamation suit against Fasha, alleging that she had captioned a photo on her Instagram account with unflattering words about Nora’s clothing label, Owl By Nora Danish.
Nora was married to Rizal Ashram Ramli, the son of former Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Ramli Ngah Talib, from 2006 to 2008, and they have a son, Putra Rayqal, 10.
Fasha was married to Rizal between 2012 and 2016, and they have two children, Putra Rayfal, 4, and Putri Raysha Jemyma, 3.
