KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Oktovia Manrose who partied at a nightclub with singer-actor Aliff Aziz has issued an open apology letter to Bella Astillah, Aliff’s wife.
The 26-year-old single mother of one admitted that it was wrong for her to be out with a married man.
In an Instastory post yesterday, Oktovia wrote: “I admit it was my fault. Every human being makes mistakes.
“To @bellaastillah (Bella), I don’t want to put up a fight anymore. I apologise for everything that has happened. “I admit I shouldn’t have gone out with a married man,” she wrote.
Yesterday, Bella who exposed their alleged rendezvous on Instagram, saw Oktovia responding with a statement through an Instastory post.
Oktovia claimed her relationship relationship with Aliff was purely platonic before provoking Bella to share proof of their supposed wild night out.
“I shouldn’t have released any statement as it was pretty obvious that I was at fault. “I don’t mean to intrude on your marriage, I hope that you and Aliff would settle this issue amicably.
“I pray the best for you and your family,” wrote Oktovia in the Instastory.
Meanwhile, in a news report yesterday, Bella said she had lost hope in her marriage and that should divorce be the best option, she was willing to accept it.
“After this, I will discuss with my family to come up with the next course of action,” she said.
“It’s my fault for giving in too much, I love and care for him deeply but at the end of the day, I got hurt. “After five years of knowing each other, and another three years of marriage, I suppose I still don’t know him well enough.
“I’ve given him many chances to become a better husband, but looks like he hasn’t changed,” she said. Bella also denied that she had kicked Aliff out of their home, as stated by Oktovia in her Instastory post. “I gave him an option... sort out our problems or leave the house. He chose to leave,” she said.
Aliff, who was contacted by BH Online, only gave a brief response:” I can’t say or comment on anything. I can’t think straight right now.”
Bella and Aliff tied the know on Sept 9 2016, and they have a son together, Ayden Adrean, 2.
