KUALA LUMPUR: Singer and actress, Che Puan Jeslina Hashim, 46, tied the knot with the grandson of the late Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negri Sembilan Tuanku Ja'afar, Tunku Eddy Nasruan Adi in a closed ceremony, here on Saturday.
The happy news was shared by actress and lawyer, Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim, 46, via a video post on Instagram (IG).
"A beautiful day and a beautiful ceremony celebrating the akad nikah of my brother-in-law @eddymudzaffar with my now sister-in-law @jeslinahashim.
"May Allah protect and bless you both so that you will always be happy, healthy, and together until Jannah," she wrote.
At the event, Sarimah was present with her husband, Tunku Nadzimuddin, who is also the grandson of Tuanku Ja'afar, and their daughter, Tunku Sofia Najihah, 4.
Before this, Jeslina and Tunku Eddy had reportedly been in a relationship for eight years.
Jeslina married Dion Andrew Vercoe on April 21, 2005, but divorced in March 2013.
They have two children, namely Micah, 15, and Keira, 13.
