KUALA LUMPUR: Actor Muaz Zabir has neither confirmed nor denied allegations that Bella Astillah was the person in his recent TikTok video.
Muaz, 27, said in an interview with Harian Metro yesterday that the woman in the video who only showed her fingernails would remain a "mystery person" for now.
"Even if the woman is Bella, that shouldn't be a problem as she's single now," he said.
"I didn't want to be associated with Bella before during the time when her martial problems were a hot issue.
"But now people have got a clearer picture on her status, so I've decided to be more open about our friendship."
Muaz said that he and Bella were just friends, but if they decided to "get closer" he would not say "no".
Muaz was rumoured to be in a relationship with singer-actress Bella in October last year, while she was still married to Singaporean singer-actor Aliff Aziz.
Bella and Aliff were divorced last June 13.
Their eight-year marriage ended after Aliff was caught for khalwat in a condominium in the federal capital with actress Ruhainies Zainul Ilyas on March 9.
