KUALA LUMPUR: More than 100,000 fans and followers seem to sympathise with actress Nur Fazura Sharifudfin after she uploaded a black and white photo of herself on Instagram today.
This follows a report that the 40-year-old artiste had filed for divorce from her husband, Fattah Amin, at the Petaling Syariah Court in Shah Alam this morning.
In the caption, Fazura quoted the words of 13th century poet-philosopher Rumi, which read: "It's your road and yours alone, others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you."
In the comments section, words of encouragement poured in for her.
"(It's) sad, but know that our prayers will be with you," wrote @azliaerwina.
Another commented: "May Allah ease your journey with your little one."
"It's okay, Kak Faz. Allah is the best planner."
Fattah and Fazura tied the knot on Nov 27, 2017. They have a daughter Nur Fatima Aisya, who is now four.
