KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Kong-based Canadian celebrity Bonnie Chan is set to become a mother.
On Dec 12, the 34-year-old announced that she was expecting a child with her husband Kuok Meng Jun, a radio announcer who is also the grandson of billionaire Robert Kuok – Malaysia's richest person.
"First came love, then came you," Chan captioned her post, accompanied by a photo of Meng Jun embracing her on a beach.
The former TVB star also shared a short video on her Instagram Story, showing her gently caressing her baby bump, with the caption: "I'm going to be a mother."
Meng Jun also expressed his excitement and wrote: "Excited for the journey that awaits."
His Instagram Story was accompanied by a video of the couple strolling hand-in-hand along the beach.
Chan has kept a relatively low profile since announcing her marriage to Meng Jun in 2021.
