KUALA LUMPUR: A 29-year-old Mongolian woman succumbed to her injuries after she fell from the sixth floor of an apartment’s balcony in Taman Maluri, here, today.
A source close to the investigation said a neighbour had alerted the police of the incident at about 11.30am after discovering the woman's body.
The neighbour, he said, prior to the incident had heard a loud scream coming from the victim's house.
"Initial investigation revealed there were shattered glasses around the living room and the dining table at the house. The victim lived with three other Mongolian women in the house," he said.
Police were still investigating the cause of her death and if there were any foul play involved.
