PETALING JAYA: A local pastor is believed to have been abducted at Jalan Bahagia, here on Monday.
A message has been circulated on the social media, claiming that the man, known as Pastor Raymond, was abducted on Monday morning.
The message also claimed that police has received a report that a van had stopped the pastor’s car along Jalan Bahagia before the culprits bundled the man into the van.
Selangor Criminal Investigation Department (CID) chief senior assistant commissioner Fadzil Ahmat confirmed that police have received a report on the case.
He said police are investigating the matter and tracking down the victim.
The case is being investigated under Section 365 of the Penal Code for kidnapping.
