Kajang man sought for alleged rape, prostituting daughter

KAJANG: Police are on the hunt for a man, suspected of raping his daughter and soliciting men to have sex with her for money since last year.

District police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zaid Hassan said the victim's aunt lodged a police report on Saturday after she found out about the man's action.

He said preliminary investigation revealed that the victim's father had raped her three years ago when she was 10.

"But that stopped when the victim's mother found out about it and scolded the man.

"The victim, who is now 13-years-old, said her father had forced her to sleep with other men whenever her mother was not home.

"She said she was forced to have sex with at least 20 men," he said.

Mohd Zaid said the exploitation started mid last year, when the victim was just 12-years-old up to early this year.

It is learnt that the men would pay the suspect for RM100 for each visit.

"The suspect brought the 'customers' to their home and forced the victim to 'serve' the men," he said in a statement today.

Mohd Zaid said police were still looking for the suspect to facilitate investigations.

The case is being investigated under Section 376B/372 of the Penal Code and Section 43 (1)(a) of the Child Act.
