KUALA LUMPUR: A foreign man was arrested for allegedly molesting a female student in Taman Melati here, said police.
Wangsa Maju police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Lazim Ismail today (Aug 3) said the incident allegedly occurred about 3.15pm on Friday.
"The 18-year-old victim was walking home on Jalan Melati 1, Taman Melati, when the suspect approached her and molested her.
"The 32-year-old foreign man was arrested shortly after."
He said police had remanded the suspect for four days.
