SERI ALAM: An 18-year-old motorcyclist was killed when he crashed into another rider at Km20 of the Pasir Gudang Highway, here, early yesterday.
The other motorcyclist, meanwhile, suffered severe injuries and was rushed to the Sultan Ismail Hospital following the 1am incident.
District police chief Superintendent Mohd Sohaimi Ishak said the victim was believed to have collided into another motorcycle on the right lane, causing both riders to lose control and crash.
He said the 18-year-old was killed on the spot, while the other rider sustained severe bodily injuries.
The case is investigated for riding recklessly and dangerously.
