"About 1.10pm on Aug 13, the Nilai police station received a report from a man regarding a house burglary in Nilai Impian.

"The suspect's modus operandi is to monitor any house that still has lights on during the day because they know there are no occupants in the house.

"For that reason, this incident happened in the middle of the day compared to the usual burglaries that are done at night or early in the morning," he said.
