PETALING JAYA: Police today confirmed that it has received a report on a commotion between a man and a motorcyclist which was caught in a clip that has been circulated online.
Petaling Jaya police chief Assistant Commissioner Shahrulnizam Ja'afar when contacted confirmed the incident.
"We have received a report on this incident and will issue a press statement soon," he said.
The clip showed one of the men carrying up a motorcycle before shoving it onto the pavement.
The motorcyclist can be seen running towards the man and confronting him while holding a helmet.
The man then picks up an object from the road and throws it at the other man before grabbing the motorcycle again and trying to throw it into the road.
Several other motorists then approach and attempt to diffuse the tension.
