PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) today will resume recording statements from FashionValet founders Datin Vivy Yusof and Datuk Fadzaruddin Shah Anuar.
The session was scheduled to start at 10am.
As of 10.15am, the couple had yet to be seen arriving at the MACC headquarters here.
According to sources, the statement recording is to assist investigations under Section 18 of the MACC Act 2009.
Yesterday, the MACC took their statements at the same location after they arrived at 2.30pm, completing the process by 10pm.
It followed reports of Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah) and Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) suffering RM43.9 million in investment losses in FashionValet.
Vivy and Fadzaruddin are among six people whose statements have been recorded after investigators raided four locations, including a ministry, yesterday.
MACC investigators also raided the FashionValet office, as well as the Finance Ministry (MOF), Khazanah, and PNB.
