JOHOR BARU: Three cars parked along Jalan Jim Quee near Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine complex caught fire early this morning.
Johor Baru Fire and Rescue Department chief Suhaimi Jamal said in the 5.30am incident, none of the owners of the Nissan Almera and two Perodua Viva were in their vehicles.
"The Nissan Almera and the first Perodua Viva were completely burnt, while the second Viva was razed about 5 per cent," said Suhaimi.
An eight-member team from Larkin were dispatched to the scene after receiving a call at 5.31am.
The firemen took less than an hour to put out the flames.
"We are still investigating the case and determining the cause of the fire. Police are also conducting a separate investigation on the case." said Suhaimi.
