TANJUNG MALIM: An accident involving a cargo train and Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) Komuter occurred at Tanjung Malim station at 6.02 this morning, causing delays in north-bound Electric Train Service (ETS) and Tanjung Malim-Kepong Komuter service.
KTM, in a statement via its Facebook page, said the accident caused about 10 to 15 minutes delay for the north-bound ETS while there was a 20 to 30 minutes delay for the Komuter on Tanjung Malim-Kepong route.
The statement also stated that there were no casualties reported in the incident.
It stated that the delay in rail services was due to the use of a single railway between Tanjung Malim and Kuala Kubu Baru.
