KUALA LUMPUR: After giving away 10,000 cups of Kopi Merdeka last August, Tealive is now treating 5,000 frontliners to a free lunch this Monday to thank them for their services throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
On Monday afternoon, frontliners can visit selected Tealive shoplot outlet and redeem a free lunch.
They only have to identify themselves as frontliners and say "Yes! Tealive Got Food" three times and they will be served a Tom Yam Prawn Mac&Cheese lunch for free.
Each participating outlet will serve up to 20 sets that day from 12 noon.
Frontliners can check Tealive's offical page at https://www.tealive.com.my/find-outlet for the list of participating outlets.
Bryan Loo, founder and chief executive officer of Loob Holding Sdn Bhd, said as 2022 drew to a close, Tealive decided to give the frontliners a treat as well as remind Malaysians not to let their guard down.
"Now that we are easing into the endemic phase, let us remember the sacrifices of our frontliners, our heroes in health and medical sectors, security forces and all uniformed services, who have responded to our call for help when the nation went into lockdown back in March 2020," he said.
Loo said Tealive, apart from having beverages, has also extended its menu to include rice dishes, mac & cheese as well as value meals.
