PUTRAJAYA: All eyes are on the sky as enforcement agencies showcase their acrobatic air skills at the National Day Parade in Dataran Putrajaya, here today.
Aircrafts were flying in formation to woo the crowd, all eager to capture the action on camera as phones were whipped out, snapping and recording away.
There was a formation of helicopters from the Royal Malaysian Air Force, Malaysian Army Aviation, Royal Malaysian Navy Aviation, Police Air Operation Unit, Fire and Rescue Department Air Unit and the Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency.
The aircrafts that took part were the C130 Hercules and Airbus A400M strategic airlifters.
Among the fighter jets were the Sukhoi SU-30MKM, BAE Hawk 100/200 and F/A-18D Hornets of the RMAF.
The F/A-18D during the second pass had performed victory rolls while punching out flares.
The National Day 2023 celebration themed 'Malaysia Madani: Tekad Perpaduan, Penuhi Harapan' is expected to draw some 100,000 visitors.
