Media Prima's Big Tree launches 'Jom, Teka Peribahasa' contest

KUALA LUMPUR: Big Tree, Malaysia's leading Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising solutions provider and a subsidiary of Media Prima Berhad, has launched its latest community-centric campaign, the "Jom, Teka Peribahasa!" contest.

Its chief operating officer, Stephanie Wong said the interactive contest promotes meaningful connections and engagement with the public while celebrating the richness of Malaysia's cultural Peribahasa (Idioms) knowledge.

"We are immensely proud to launch 'Jom, Teka Peribahasa!', a campaign that not only celebrates our rich cultural heritage but also invites the community to come together in a fun and engaging way.

"The campaign revolves around the beloved Malaysian cultural element, the Peribahasa, aiming to unite Malaysians through a fun-filled guessing game.

"We are showing to the public that there is so much more to do with OOH, such as playing a simple guessing game with the public," she said.

The contest will run for a month from July 1, with participants standing a chance to win prizes worth up to RM15,000.

During the campaign, a set of clues will be prominently displayed on all of Big Tree's DOOH screens across the Klang Valley, Johor Baru and Penang Island.

Participants are required to guess the Peribahasa, create the most creative sentence using the idiom that they have guessed and submit their entries on Big Tree's website.

Those interested in participating can visit www.bigtree.com.my or follow Big Tree on Facebook and Instagram @bigtreeoutdoormy to find out more details.
