KINABATANGAN: The body of a man who was reported to have been attacked by a crocodile four days ago has been found.
On Tuesday, Kami Antong, 35, was netting fish with his 10-year-old son when the incident occurred in Kampung Sobak Perpaduan here.
Kami went missing, while his son escaped.
This morning, district Fire and Rescue Department personnel found the victim's body at 10.15 am, 1.5km from where the incident took place.
"The victim's body was brought to the village and handed over to his next of kin," the Fire and Rescue Department said in a statement.
