Air Selangor: Water supply in KL, Selangor restored by 24.6 per cent as of noon

KUALA LUMPUR: Water supply to areas here and in Selangor affected by the recent odour pollution at Sungai Kundang and Sungai Sembah has been restored by 24.6 per cent as of noon today.

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor), in a statement today, said that the recovery of water supply in these areas is expected to reach about 40 per cent by 8am tomorrow and projected 90 per cent by 8 pm on the same day.

Water supply in the affected areas is expected to fully recover by 8am on Friday.

Air Selangor has been mobilising water tankers to critical premises such as hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres, and funeral service centres.
