PM thanks Zuki for contributions throughout 32 years in civil service

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim expressed his appreciation to Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali's contributions throughout his 32 years in public service.

The prime minister said this ahead of the outgoing Chief Secretary to the Government's official retirement tomorrow.

"To Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali, who officially retires as Chief Secretary to the Government and retires from public service tomorrrow, I wish to express my appreciation for his contributions throughout his 32 years in the civil service.

"Thank you, and all the best on your next chapter in life and may you be blessed by the Almighty,"said Anwar on Facebook.

The prime minister also conveyed well wishes to the new Chief Secretary to the Government Datuk Seri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar who will start official duties on Monday.

"All the best. May we continue implementing government policies efficiently and effectively while contributing to the country's development," he said.
