PASIR GUDANG: A fire which broke out at a factory's open-air parking lot on Jalan Pekeliling this morning destroyed 26 motorcycles belonging to its workers. The total loss was estimated at RM78,000.
Seri Alam police chief Superintendent Mohd Sohaimi Ishak said the fire occurred at 9.30am. There were no injuries reported.
The Fire and Rescue Department extinguished the flames within an hour.
Investigations are underway to establish the cause of the fire, while police are exploring all angles.
