KUALA LUMPUR: Retail prices for RON97 petrol will rise by three sen per litre, while the prices for RON95 and diesel remain unchanged from Dec 19 to 25.
The Finance Ministry in a statement today said that RON97 had been set at RM3.22 per litre, up from RM3.19.
Meanwhile, RON95 petrol remains unchanged at RM2.05 per litre, and diesel remains at RM2.95 per litre in Peninsular Malaysia and RM2.15 per litre in Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan.
It added that the government would continue to monitor the impact of changes in the world crude oil prices and take appropriate measures to ensure that the welfare and well-being of the people continue to be maintained.
