#NSTviral: Provoked, university student claims to teach 'bully' a lesson in kickboxing fight [WATCH]

KUALA LUMPUR: A video showing a kickboxing fight between two university students believed to be the result of provocation (from one of them) has become widely circulated on social media.

The incident is believed to have happened on campus at the Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), located in Sri Petaling.

Both students involved in the incident were seen to be in kickboxer apparel and surrounded by crowds at the atrium.

A student dressed in black shorts- who indicated that he's from East Malaysia- has been chasing after who is believed to be a foreign student, following which the latter was seen withdrawing from the fight after taking a few hits.

In the nearly 4-minute-long video, the foreign student dressed in white shorts was observed to have pledged for mercy after being knocked down.

However, the fight did not end there.

"I will help you stand up," the local student then instructed the foreign student to get back into the fight.

Soon after, the foreign student got knocked down again after taking another hit.

The local student was perceived as giving a lecture to the aforementioned student.

"Number 1, never disrespect someone on the street," he said.

The incident was believed to have happened after the foreign student provoked the local student.

The local student was seen warning him after 'winning' the match.

"Do not think your body is so big, that you could come to a guy in the middle of the road, and shout, 'Hey I wanna fight you'," said the local student.

The local student later revealed that the foreign student has always been a bully, asking for money from APU students and disturbing them whenever he was drunk.

"Take this as a lesson," the local student reminded him.

The foreign student was seen to have a bloody nose, with blood dripping on the mat in the video.

The video caption mentions the East Malaysian student as 'Anak Iban' warning the 'Foreign Bully'.

NST is seeking anyone who has more information on the incident.
