KUALA LUMPUR: In an act of road rage at an unspecified location, a big, burly man was seen beating up a p-hailing driver at a curb.
A few other men, believed to be p-hailing riders as well, attempted to stop the altercation between the two men, with the p-hailing rider still wearing his helmet taking punches from his assailant.
The well-built man continued to aggressively beat up the p-hailing driver and kick the latter's blue motorcycle.
The man then continued to beat up the p-hailing driver until the middle of the road as the latter wiped his tears.
The man then stopped after his friend came out of his black Proton Saga.
The clip that was uploaded by Facebook user, Razalin Shah on GrabFood Rider Community Malaysia has received reactions from netizens mostly wanting the man to be apprehended by the police.
A Facebook user who goes by the handle Nick Andrey said that it "serves you right, really foolish for hitting, soon you'll be picked up by the police, apologising with a shrunken ego".
Another user named Imran Ramly said: "It's good that he didn't retaliate. Let this guy face the consequences alone when he gets caught by the police. Later, if he gets fined, he'll start making excuses, saying he's sorry, or that he has children".
"Once you've touched someone's body, you can file a case already. They should've calmly discussed the situation, the rider can choose to respond and fight back, but instead he remains calm," another user, Nurul Farehah said.
The video has currently received more than 2,400 reactions, 3,400 comments and more than 3,900 shares on Facebook.
