SkyWorld Development Group plans to launch the sixth installment of its Awani series, SkyAwani 6 Residences, sometime next year, according to its founder and group managing director, Datuk Ng Thien Phing.
SkyAwani 6 is located in Setapak, next to the company's SkyArena master development, which includes residences, commercial space, and the city's first multi-storey and multi-facility, SkyArena Sports Complex.
According to Ng, the 'Awani' series has cemented its position as the must-own starter home for first-time homebuyers, owing to its affordable price, practical layout, and the icing on the cake: full-fledged condominium facilities.
"...it is something that our buyers consider to be 'value for money,'" he said in a statement.
SkyWorld has launched five projects in the Awani series in the last five years, and all of them have been fully sold.
SkyAwani 1 and SkyAwani 2 were handed over in 2018 and 2020, respectively, with SkyAwani 3 due to be handed over early next year.
SkyAwani 3, located in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, had its topping-out ceremony this morning, which was witnessed by Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Shahidan Kassim.
According to Ng, SkyAwani 3 was completed ahead of schedule and in accordance with the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia's QLASSIC standards.
"SkyAwani 3 Residences is more than an affordable home. With the comprehensive facilities and high quality workmanship for a price tag of RM300,000, SkyWorld is not only providing a comfortable home but also elevating the living lifestyle of those residing here," he said.
SkyAwani 3 has 1,905 units spread across three towers connected by a SkyBridge at Level 52.
Residents can enjoy an unobstructed 360-degree panoramic view of the city skyline from the SkyBridge, as well as over 20 amenities such as a swimming pool, bubble jet Jacuzzi, bamboo garden, jogging track, and lounge.
Ng said that the company has successfully changed the perception of an affordable home where the Awani series will increase its market value through a strong commitment to quality workmanship and comprehensive facilities.
"Since our inception, we have recognised that quality is a critical differentiator; thus, we have made quality our commitment. We built Malaysia's First Quality Centre to educate the public about Malaysian craftsmanship, and best of all, we welcome our homebuyers to join the quality tour and even teach them how to identify defects.
"Some see this as a double-edged sword, but we saw it as a challenge to push ourselves even harder to deliver higher-quality homes," he explained.
SkyWorld aspires to be the best city developer in the world, offering the best sky living experience in a sustainable environment.
Ng said that the company is dedicated to constructing its projects around three key strengths: value creation (strategic location and quality finishing), integrated sky living experience (good amenities and facilities), and innovative designs and concepts.
