Freesia Residences and Gemala Residences, the two residential projects at Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Corporation Berhad's largest township spread across 349 hectares, acres, have been fully taken-up.
Tropicana group executive director Jared Ethan Ang attributed its success to its market-driven approach.
"With the positive response to Tropicana Aman's first five landed phases, our marketing and project teams worked closely to deliver market-driven products centred around our development DNA. Our marketing and sales team also adopted digital and online initiatives to enhance customer engagement," he said.
Ang thanked the buyers for their support of the Tropicana brand and promised more exciting launches throughout Malaysia.
Tropicana Aman will launch its next phase of landed residences in the fourth quarter of 2022 for those who missed out on the Freesia and Gemala Residences.
Freesia Residences consists of double-storey bungalows and semi-detached units with a choice of Side2Side and Back2Back layouts.
The 198 park and lake villa homes are set among the tranquil grounds of the surrounding township. It is suitable for multigenerational families and upgraders, with ample built-ups starting at 3,769 sq ft and land sizes at 38' x 90'.
Following the success of Freesia Residences, registration for Gemala Residences was opened, with a resounding 100 per cent take-up rate during its preview event.
These contemporary residences include 116 garden-linked villas with built-ups ranging from 2,648 sq ft. Each unit has an integrated side garden, evoking the distinction of a semi-detached façade, as well as larger land sizes ranging from 32' x 75'.
With an open plan concept between living and dining spaces, Gemala Residences addresses the changing role of the home space in the new normal, allowing homeowners the flexibility of adapting them for living, working, or recreational use.
Freesia and Gemala Residences emphasise climate-responsive design with open layouts, ample windows, and openings that maximise natural airflow and lighting per environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. As part of Tropicana's sustainable development strategy toward a greener future, this reduces cooling and lighting costs.
