Tropicana's Multi-Million Mania and Power Up campaigns generate RM459mil in bookings

Tropicana Corp Bhd and Tropicana Gardens Mall have extended their Multi-Million Mania campaign until June 17, due to overwhelming requests and responses.

According to the developer, Multi-Million Mania and its Tropicana Power Up campaign generated a total of RM459 million in bookings since the launch this year.

Joanne Lee, Tropicana's senior managing director of marketing and sales, said the campaign has attracted hundreds of property seekers and shoppers eager to win millions in prizes and vouchers, including the grand prize of an Edelweiss small office flexible office (SOFO) unit at Tropicana Gardens in Tropicana Indah.

She said that Multi-Million Mania is timed to coincide with rising retail footfall and increased property seeker sentiment as the economy recovers.

"Malaysia is on the recovery track. Residential property transactions are up 3.9 per cent and 16.7 per cent in volume and value (based on published reports), and shoppers are more eager than ever to shop and dine out again. Tropicana introduced Multi-Million Mania as a way of giving back to our property purchasers and retail customers, as a timely measure in line with this demand.

"Together with our Power Up campaign, Multi-Million Mania has received a gratifying response, with total bookings received of more than RM459 million," she said.

Multi-Million Mania, launched in January 2022, entitles property buyers to 10 entries in its exciting live grand draw for every Tropicana property purchased during the campaign period.

The grand draw will take place on July 6, 2022, at Tropicana Gardens Mall.

Customers at Tropicana Gardens Mall are also eligible for daily prizes as well as the grand prize draw as part of Multi-Million Mania.

Every day, shoppers who spend RM100 or more in up to two receipts from selected outlets will receive a token and one stamp on an entry card for the grand draw.

Each token entitles participants to one entry in a draw for vouchers issued by specific retailers, whereas 10 stamps on an entry card entitle participants to one entry in the grand draw.

As the grand prize, a unit at Edelweiss SOFO provides a modern office space appropriate for its affluent surroundings. It is part of the 17.6-acre Tropicana Gardens integrated development, which includes 397 SOFO units with built-ups ranging from 858 to 858 square feet.

Edelweiss SOFO has open, flexible layouts that can easily be transformed into a beauty or daycare centre, art studio, and other uses.
