S P Setia releases 2 phases of Musika Homes, the final terrace collection in Setia Alam

S P Setia Bhd has released two phases of Musika Homes, the last double-storey terrace collection in its flagship township development Setia Alam in Selangor.

Musika Homes consists of four phases with 436 units of double-storey terrace homes with an estimated gross development value of RM463 million.

The first phase dubbed Altora has recorded an 85 per cent take-up rate following its launch on October 15, according to Tan Siow Chung, divisional general manager of S P Setia.

114 double-storey terraces are available from Altora, with prices ranging from RM963,000 to RM1.34 million.

The houses' total built-up ranges from 2,298 square feet to 2,520 sq ft, and they contain four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

According to Tan, the company is certain that this collection would be well-received by home buyers wishing to move into Setia Alam from Meru, Bukit Tinggi, Kapar, and Shah Alam given the success shown for the prior Bywater Homes collection, which has been entirely sold.

"We are excited to launch the music-inspired Musika Homes as it is the last collection of double-storey terrace homes for Setia Alam. We have received good response from those living in urban areas of Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Subang, and Puchong," he said.

Altora homes provide homeowners with bigger spaces with their open wet and dry kitchens and the flexibility to turn a room into an office on the ground floor.

By the end of November, Setia Alam hopes to debut Barola, the second phase, which will have 120 double-storey terrace homes with an Altora-like built-up.
